List of Government Aided Loans we offer:-


  1. Industry Restructuring Financing Guarantee Scheme (IRFGS) A scheme to promote investments that increase productivity in high value added activities and green technology.
    Key info:

    Loan amount:
    RM50,000 (min) – Aggregate financing of RM50 million per company (max)
    Repayment period:
    Up to 10 years
    Availability date:
    16 March 2009 – 31 December 2010 or until the fund has been fully utilised, whichever comes first

  2. SME Assistance Guarantee Scheme (SAGS) A scheme to aid viable SMEs adversely impacted by the current economic slowdown to ensure they have access to adequate financing.
    Key info:

    Loan amount:
    Aggregate financing of RM500,000 per SME (max)
    Repayment period:
    Up to 5 years
    Availability date:
    3 Feb 2009 – 31 Dec 2009 or upon approval of financing up to RM2 billion, whichever comes first

  3. Fund for Small & Medium Sized Industries 2 (FSMI 2) A fund to assist SMEs and SMIs in export and domestic oriented sector.

    RM50,000 (min) - RM3 million (max)
    Repayment period:
    Maximum 3 years from the date of first drawdown
    Interest rate:
    5.0% p.a. (subject to change by Bank Negara Malaysia)

  4. New Entrepreneur Fund (NEF) A government-aided fund to stimulate the growth of small and medium-sized Bumiputra enterprises and encourage business ventures with established corporations. Key info:

    RM5 million
    Repayment period:
    Maximum 8 years from the date of first drawdown
    Interest rate:
    5.0% p.a. (subject to change by Bank Negara Malaysia)

  5. Direct Access Guarantee Scheme (DAGS) A government-aided fund to help Small and Medium Enterprises finance their working capital and/or asset acquisition. Key info:

    Loan amount:
    RM50,000 (min) - RM1 million (max)
    Repayment period:
    • Overdraft: Maximum 5 years
    • Term Loan: Maximum 5 years
    Interest rate:
    BLR 1.0%

  6. Small Entrepreneur Guarantee Scheme (SEGS) Financing for small Bumiputra enterprises/companies with viable project. Key info:
